For those who are sleeping rough, couch surfing, unemployed/pensioners or in fincial distress, head down to the Caroline Chisholm centre or Social Justice (St Vincent De Paul Society) in Kurrajong Avenue Mt Druitt for a FREE food hamper. Typically, food hampers include Weetbix, 1 litre of long life milk, a can of soup, bake beans, noodles & other basic staples sometimes even a loaf of bread. The centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 2.30 PM (Staff are there a bit later, so if door locked, press the buzzer) Vinnies will be closing this much needed facility & pulling out of Mt Druitt on 30/9/2018. Let them know they are needed by visiting & collecting your free food hamper. Tell them Dave sent you.
