Minor Traffic Issues In Westfield Mount Druitt - Ben From Hassall Grove

Ben from Hassell Grove, has recently indicated to myself,  that a minor traffic improvement is required at Westfield Mount Druitt. 

Basically, at the north exit to Luxford Road, when heading north by vehcile before exiting, after the roundabout, there is only one laneway (orn the right lane), that you can exit and then turn right or left. There are vehicles entering from left side of roundabout turning left proceeding towards the traffic lights at the 'T Junction' of Luxford Road, North Mount Druitt.

You have an island that is on the right of the left lane, that blocks vehicles to turn left and end up at the left lane at the traffic lights. Especially, when there is a bit of traffic, blocking other vehicles to entering the left lane.

We need to seek minor changes to ensure there is improvements in this section of Westfield Mount Druitt. Maybe there has been no incidents in this part of Westfield Mount Druitt, but this suggestion would be to prevent any possible  accidents in the future.
