Blacktown City Council School Holiday Programs

Keep the kids entertained these school holidays with a range of great programs and clinics available across Council’s sport, leisure and aquatic centres.

Blacktown Aquatic Centre, Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre Emerton, Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope and Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope are offering great school holiday programs which are guaranteed to offer kids endless hours of fun, while keeping parents sane!

Blacktown Aquatic Centre, Charlie Lowles Leisure Centre Emerton and Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope will run their Kidz Blitz program from Monday 16 to Friday 27 April (excluding weekends and public holidays). No 2 days are ever the same, with a variety of activities on offer from 7:30am to 6:00pm.

The program caters to children ages 6-12 years – it gets them outdoors, active and having lots of fun. Kids can enjoy activities including gardening, sports, cooking, inflatable fun and a science show. Cost is $43 per child per day.

For parents wanting to keep their kids swimming during the school holidays or a looking for a weeklong intensive program, the Aqua Learn to Swim Acceler8 program is perfect.

Acceler8 is suitable for preschool and school aged children, whether your child is a beginner or just wishing to fine tune their skills. The program is for one half hour lesson per day for each program and costs $15 per day.
Acceler8 will run from Monday 16 to Friday 27 April 2018 excluding weekends and public holidays at Blacktown, Emerton and Stanhope.

Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope will serving up school holiday fun with the Junior Holiday Clinic from Monday 16 April to Friday 27 April (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The clinic runs daily from 9am -12pm and is suitable for 5 to 12 year olds and costs $30 per day or $120 for a 5 day week. Kids who are 6 years and older can join the Kidz Blitz program from 12pm onwards for just $15 more per day.

Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope is offering more holiday fun with their free Tennis Open Day on Sunday 22 April. Bounce into the Tennis Centre between 9am and 5pm to enjoy free all day court hire. The day will also include free coaching between 9am and 12pm.
