Left Dumped Real Estate Signs

We live in a community that when it come to property sales Real Estate Agents will prop up their  for sale/sold signs, in front of property being sold.

Once the final settlement
of property is
completed, who is left with the responsibility of the sign being pulled down and properly disposed of. My guess is the Real Estate Agent.

Although, we don't mind  properties being advertised for selling and we do not condemn the signs be sings being placed. We do not like signs being dumped and not disposed of properly.

We hope that Council can discuss with local Real Estate Agents, measures to discuss proper disposal of these signs, referring to the Local Government Act. We do not want signs left as if no one cared for them. I would really suggest if the local real estate agent could re-use the sign and over print on it - this would be environmentally friendly.
