Han From Minchinbury Lights - Lights Up Your Life.....

Sometimes, when we  live in our houses there maybe dark corners and corridors, bedrooms,  lounge and entertainment rooms. Sometimes, we get lazy and don't replace lights that are not working. The darkness may make us look at life at a dim way and may make people feel sad, gloomy and place themselves into depression. Yet, 'There is light in every Room'.

So if your room is gloomy, dark - change the room - so there is brightness and light  by the end of the day. This will definitely brighten your life, which is simpler than taking medicine which may or may not cure the way you feel.

At Minchinbury Lighting there hundreds of lights that you can choose from down lights and sockets, to chandeliers, bed lights, globes, security cameras, ceiling fans, mirror balls, lampshades, bedroom lights. outside lights, sensor lights, all sorts of outside and inside light, to all sorts of energy saving globes, electronic light clocks and many other things to see. You'll be amazed!

If you bring in something that you have, they can go out their way and  try to bring it in or find something similar for you. A suggestion is, if it is to be fitted, bring the item in that needs to be replaced or bring the fitting in or even take photos in or take measurements of items as you do not want to purchase something you don't like.

It is amazing how purchasing lights and making your house bright can place a positive aspect and change in your life... I do recommend Minchinbury Lighting P/L for your lights:

'Bring On The Christmas Spirit' - Eastern Creek RFB Santa Runs - Minchinbury Community Page

I think it is great that some of our local communities organise Santa Runs around the community -  Here is one just outside Mount Druitt. I personally would like to see this as something that could be organised by Blacktown City Council - parading during the day through local streets: giving gifts donated by other community members / local business to needy children and families - a touch of happiness on their day.

🎄 🎅🏻 2018 SANTA RUNS!! 🎅🏻 🎄
It’s come to the time of year where Eastern Creek RFB have been asked to help take Santa around in the firetruck to visit the areas around our station.
Below is a letter for each of the places we will be driving Santa to see all the good boys & girls where they can meet him, grab a quick photo & get some lollies. We will be posting times closer to the day, so make sure you keep track of his whereabouts!!
We will see you there 😃

Unsung Local Hero - 2770 Watch Without Childish Admin

One great thing about Social Media brings out the Champions of our area, the people that volunteer time, days to months to years. Here is a 'Special' Unsung hero raised from the Face Book Group 2770 Watch without Childish Admin - This group has the most membership over 26,000 members. I really applaud the admin this local interesting  topic, raising awareness of  something that places smiles on our faces.

Here it is and it's comments:
Unsung heroes of Mount Druitt...shout out to the lady who sells plants at Minchinbury Fruit market. She’s been selling those plants for the Westmead Children’s Hospital for years!

Joanne Green Shes still there. Brought plants from her years ago and she had raised 10's of thousands then. Shes an amazing woman

John Svoboda Joanne Green We have a great volunteer here - I also remember there was an elderly man raising money in Dawson Mall mount Druitt for the Mount Druitt Hospital - and I remember reading an article in our former local papers of his volunteer retirement. These are the people that have the Mount Druitt Golden Heart.....Next year she should be nominated as a Westfield Local Hero....
