Blacktown City Council has taken a major step towards transforming Blacktown City into one of the leading cities in Australia giving the go ahead for two major infrastructure projects to go to the next stages of consultation, planning and development.
Councillors have voted unanimously to embark on extensive community consultation and progress detailed planning and business cases for the proposed International Centre of Training Excellence (ICTE) at the Blacktown International Sportspark, and the Warrick Lane Precinct project in the Blacktown CBD.
