I have only see a fire on land only, once before and this one, sent shivers down my spine.
At The R.A.A.F. Memorial Park, Mount Druitt, last week I returned on foot by myself from the Memorial Service for Charlie Lowles Emerton and decided to walk home. It is good exercise. As I reached R.A.A.F Memorial Park, Mount Druitt, I noticed smoke coming out of the bush, on the western end. I called the Emergency Fire and Rescue and was advised they were aware of it and had a crew heading there.
Although as I approach 2 Police Officers, were watching with caution, until the Fire and rescue arrived, until the grass fire was put out.
