Why Do Drivers park On The Wrong Side Of The Road?
I think it is careless if anyone parks on the wrong side of the road. Road rules are be adhered too and if you are a driver knowingly doing this then you need to have Demerit points taken off. My concern here is what if he was to drive off and some car is coming from the same way didn't notice he was parked on the right side of the road (which is wrong) and he didn't notice the car ( on his left side) - then all of a sudden an accident. This person was scourging through rubbish - was it worth it?
