Great response from Mayor, Stephen Bali, Blacktown City Council on Storm Damage trees at R.A.A.F. Memorial Park, Mount Druitt, which is a 'Wellness Park".
If anyone tells me that no one listens to people, I will definitely defend our local Councillors, State Members and federal Members, who listen, have their say, follow up and get things done!
So we had a storm that ravaged our area earlier in January, this year and swept across Mount Druitt pockets of areas and caused massive trees falling, some damaged roofs, leaking and sunken ceilings and fallen trees on houses. Click here for the post on the January storm
It is good news that on 21st June the appropriate fall trees will be removed and also the appropriate trees will remain, to fit in with the natural environment. I was aware that it may cater for the endangered Cumberland Snail. Click here for Details on Endangered Cumberland Snail
