Westfield Mount Druitt - Does Not Seem To Have First Place With Community Health & Safety!

Yet again, we come across instances where there is lack of managerial responsibility to ensure public safety of Mount Druitt community shoppers. It may go back to the history of how Westfield obtained land through another company purchasing 70 house properties cheaply and making a high mark up then (apparently) selling all to Westfield making the shopping what it is 
today. I have been told ripping off  previous land owners.

Now as we walk along the  tiles on the walkway to Westfield Mount Druitt, from the bus interchange, just before we approach the entrance doorway, there is  a dangerous protruding, chipped  concrete slab of tiles. The picture itself reveals the true - it appears Westfield Mount Druitt may have great public liability insurance!

I have this slab like this for at least 3 months. I wonder how long the management has seen this slab it appears  they do not  have regular Work health and Safety checks - maybe they don't even have a committee - Work Cover maybe interested!
